Can a Google form be a landing page URL for Ads?

Question: An advertiser wants to advertise for an upcoming event/webinar through AdWords and he wants to use a Google Form as a Landing page. He cannot create a \Form on his website for some reason. Is it allowed?

Answer: Google does not ads where the landing page just collects information from the users. The site will be suspended under the Information Harvesting Policy and not allowed to run.

The landing page cannot just be a form; it should contain good content with a form somewhere on the page with a privacy policy stating what they are going to do with the information provided. You simply cannot force a user to fill the form.  If you cannot create a form on your website as mentioned above, you can use a blog, by providing complete information about the event/webinar on the blog page and then request them to fill in the form. You can do that from here:

Hope this Helps!!
