But here it is, It is possible to bid by weather using AdWords Scripts. You can use Scripts to Bid for your keywords and increase or decrease your CPC’s based on the climate conditions. There are certain business verticals whose business vary greatly on weather like “Ice- cream parlours” etc. You can do this manually also but this takes lot of effort and time. New Ad Format – Text Ads with Logo’s on GDN ??

Google is testing a new ad format with their AdExpreriements Program by displaying the Advertisers  Brand’s Logo in their Text ads. Ideally, we all know that Text ads are served in both Search and Display Networks without much change.

But now when Advertisers have text ads targeting the Display Network, their ads are displayed with their Brands Logo. However, the advertisers cannot manually select this, as Google automatically selects the Logo from their website and displays in their Text ads on the Display Network. Also note, this feature is available only for Big Brands and not every advertiser.

Can a Google form be a landing page URL for Ads?

Question: An advertiser wants to advertise for an upcoming event/webinar through AdWords and he wants to use a Google Form as a Landing page. He cannot create a \Form on his website for some reason. Is it allowed?

Answer: Google does not ads where the landing page just collects information from the users. The site will be suspended under the Information Harvesting Policy and not allowed to run.

The landing page cannot just be a form; it should contain good content with a form somewhere on the page with a privacy policy stating what they are going to do with the information provided. You simply cannot force a user to fill the form.  If you cannot create a form on your website as mentioned above, you can use a blog, by providing complete information about the event/webinar on the blog page and then request them to fill in the form.
